For starters, creating advertising and branded content that moves our clients' business forward is taken very seriously here. And that means this can be very hard work. Sometimes we redo things, and other times start over in the eleventh hour. Simply doing acceptable work is simply not acceptable. It has to be great, not just billable: there are already enough agencies that know how to invoice. And just to be clear, if the client doesn’t see it that way, then it’s not great. But don’t worry, there are 444 million other ideas we haven’t thought up. Yet.
